How do I schedule a Photo Day?
- Call or send us an email
with your leagues name, number of teams, the number of players, name and
number of a photography contact person and the dates you would like to
schedule photos on. Schedule as early as possible to secure your dates.
What happens before photo
day?
- We will be in contact
with you to get the final details on your numbers and photo shoot
location
- Your league will receive
our Photography Program Envelopes to pass out to parents (please pass
these out the week before photo day so parents can have them filled out
and ready)
What happens on Photo Day?
- Our staff will be there
1 hour prior to the first scheduled photo shoot
- Please provide 1-3
volunteers/ league representatives to assist
- Envelopes and Payment
are collected when photos are taken of teams and individuals
What happens after Photo Day?
- Photos are digitally
edited and prepared for printing
- Photos and products are
printed
- Photos are placed and
labeled by individual and then bundled by team
- Photos and products are
delivered to the Photography contact person
- Each player is given a
private access code to view photos online and place reorders or
corrections.
